i know you can get xingtone for unlimited ringtones after buying but i just want free too.

I use a program called Audacity to cut my MP3s, then I put them on my phones memory card (It's the new D807, so it has a MicroSD slot). lol.... thanks for the info Mugen... you may want to reference the above forum link... we put screen shots of how to d/l audacity (and the LAME software) and how to access a free website that allows you to upload ringtones to almost any phone.

say, i DL Audacity and cant "export as mp3..."? How do u unzip the LAME file? Im really not sure what the hell im doin! step-by-step would be helpful...Thanks

I apologize... I should have been more clear on what you are supposed to do with the LAME software. Go to Audacities web site.... click on the link to d/l LAME, when it asks if you want to save or open click on SAVE then choose the Audacity folder in program files (or wherever you downloaded the Audacity program).

The next time you try and export as MP3 Audacity will ask you to point to the folder where you saved the program... (point to audacity)
