Bud with red hairs is more potent, it's because the grower let the bud reach its maximum potential. Buds without red hairs were harvested too soon.
well first of all all female plants have hairs whether you see them or not, secondly the color of the hairs only has to depend on the strain of plant. Some will be green others red, orange, white, or puprle. male plants dont always have hair, sometimes they do. The color of the hair doesn't particularly determine the quality, though i've never been disappointed with nice red hairs. Green on the other hand, the most of the bammer i've seen has been just straight green, but also the most chronic- straight up knock you on your ***- bud has also been just straight green. The quality of the bud has not to do with only the breed, but also the skill of the grower, cause he has to harvest at the right time, make sure the plant gets all that it needs.

that means that the bud was not left on for long enough and was not able to mature and get to its peak potency.. by feeding it what i said before, u dye the hair..

just a quick FYI...certain strains pistils (stop calling them hairs) will never change color. they will stay white.

and another quick FYI...pistils that changed colors can also indicate pollination has occurred...

Who said he was selling dope? More then likely it sounds like he's selling marijuana, which isn't even that hard of a drug. I smoked all through highschool, at partys, with buddys. Even dealing for money, and sold other things other then marijuana and was never stupid enough to try anything else. A crackhead is a crackhead. They don't smoke marijuana. They smoke crack. A pillhead, is someone who pops pills. They dont often smoke marijuana.
