Where can I buy a 21" speaker cone?

Good question I want to know as well. Did you try MTX or is the jackhammer bigger?
Alot of pro audio companies make 21's, but I doubt any would sell a cone to you.. Try mach 5, they have an FTW 21 and they are a small enough company to do it I think.
He's got connections though.. He may be able to get his hands on one.

DD has a 21 now. Do you already have the coil? Just get a 21 recone if the coil is the same size
True. The SPL letters would be like 6" big!

I wanted to do the same thing with my Team RF motor but IA would not come off a cone.
Did you try talking to PSI? They may be able to resource one.

this was about to be my suggestion. i had a WTB Sub thread on here and i believe some one had a IA DP 21 with a 21" PSI recone in it. i may be mistaking but i really do think he said he got from psi
