those are amazing, but considering it'll cost the value of my car to have it done I think regular wax is enough.

Looks like they do great work, but I'd never pay that much. A friend of mine does mobile detailing and wet sanded, waxed, and detailed the interior of my car for $100.

yea but the first time you wash it its gonna get scratched.

I plan on getting this done once I do some research on the shops in my area. Once it looks like that, you just need a good coat of wax to protect it once evety 6-8 months and that's it. Wash and dry for a mirror look all the time. Definately worth it if you got the $

I don't think you know what wet sanding involves. This takes DAYS to do this right and you have to buff and polish the sanding scratches out. The buffing and polishing compounds I use cost over $70.
