Agreed. Its not too hard. I appreciate your comment Ellsworthz but what your doing with your stereo is cool. Your in school, new to ca and dont have the money I bet. Im specifically referring to the people who do have the money but choose to put it all in sub stage. Im mostly curious why they build a setup like that and if they enjoy it?

Because people have different tastes? Why does it affect you so much that people like different things? They're spending their OWN money, even if in your eyes, it's a waste. This doesn't have any effect on you. We understand that you aren't into SPL setups, similar to the way some of the SPL guys aren't into SQ. But you don't see them criticizing the SQ guys for liking what they do.

Also, most serious SPL guys do it for the comps, and the numbers. Think about it like drag racing.. You wouldn't build a drag car to make it look nice? Although it would be a nice feature to have, it's all about competition, and getting faster. Or in the case of SPL, getting louder.
