been wanting to get one for a little while now but i can only find a couple sites with them for 329$ + shippin for a 12"

when does ID get off back order for em ? and how much are they really ... somone said 250$

The only *Authorized* online dealer for them is Sounddomain. If you care about a warranty and can't get them locally, that is your only choice. You can find them on eBay for cheaper from time to time but those are either used or from a questionable source.
