What's up with the ads in the threads now?

When did we start having ads after the first post? Just in case anyone cares, I hate them and find them very annoying. I think they should be removed.

I hate the bs too. I've looked at prolly 20 threads today and only seen ads once the rest of the time its is just a blank white box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif.

Also when I post a reply it just like stops me, itll post my reply but I just get a white screen and dont go right back to the thread......happen to anyone else or just another way my comp is jacked?

Thanks, that helped. edit: that didn't help at all because it comes right back as soon as I load a new page.

Ad revenue is how owners make money on free sites such as this. If ads start being blocked, eventually it will either become a pay site, or close altogether. How else are we supposed to pay the bills?
The eBay ad at the bottom was removed, so there are still 3 ads per page and text ads at that.

More bothersome than the 1-image per sig rule aswell.
