bolt the box down, you know how much sound you are loseing with the box flopping around ?

i know...i just dont have any experience with bolting it down...and i dunno what 2 do...any way to bolt it down from the exterior...or any alternatives...i know im losing output cause without it bolted its still louder than piss

if there are cargo straps, which im sure there is, you can fab up mounting brackets to that.

i had the port the same distance with my last box...actually it was closer last time...with it shut its about 5 inches...ive heard that up to 3 inches is ok...i was wrong i guess?

im gonna go measure how close the port is to the hatch..and bring my Subsonic filter up a few htz cause this box is tuned higher than my older one...and see if i can think how to get this thing to sit down...

well i cant figuere out weather its the port itself flexing or the floor beneath it....right now subsonic filter is set to like 29 htz, and low pass around 85

You can't tell if what's the port or the floor? The moving part?

the back of the port needs to be more than 3/4" away from the back wall of the box

and you should probably brace the middle of the port on the outside to another wall of the box
