Morning..you're more than welcome here in my book!!
SD is pretty nice...getting tired of it though (some people can't believe that)...it is still a pretty big city and has too much tourism for me.

I want to buy some property and make it so that if I want to see my neighbor I have to take a little walk or get in my car.

The weather person there must not make any money. Everday he says the same thing. Clear skies, high 72, low 62.
