Ipod functionality I believe on the 9887&9886 the 9885 doesn't have the same d/a converters I believe but I could be wrong.

the 9885 has 2 volt preouts.the 86 & 87 has 4 volt preouts.the 9887 allso gives you a choice to run the built in 7 band eq or the 5 band parametric eq.

it says 3 sets of 2v.either im blind or you are.edit;looks like it contradicts from tha main page form the specs.anyway,does yours have the built in eq ?

ya i seen that also, but that is one misprint compared to 20 other site that say 4 volt. how do i know exactly if it has a built in eq

and you can hook up ur ipod to the 9885 you have to buy the special hook up cable tho.
