What's the best way to splice 4ga power cable?

i believe those are called wire nuts, don't use them, they are fine for the home but not for the car, your house doesn't go 0-60, go around corners and 60-0
i know what he is talking about. They are made out of aluminum and you got to have a special crimper. Used on the powerlines coming into the house. I don't know wha they are called for sure. Not wirenuts though. You got to have a special crimper.

 
these are nothing what you described you don't need a crimper. on the package it says twist on wire connectors they have plastic on the outside and a threaded metal insert on the inside that bites and twists the wires together. why wouldnt these be good. do you mean for other wireing or are they okay for wiring subs inside your box?
