I made the mistake of going paintballing just thinking of it as an opportunity to shoot at people; not knowing that it's really a full body workout. My back hurts, my quadriceps ache like a mutha, and I feel like I pulled some ***-muscles. I workout regulary but always seem to conveniently neglect my lower body. Rest & time is the ultimate solution, but any way to speed that up? I'm thinking of creatine but it seems too involved; I'm just trying to relieve my feelings of soreness & aching. Stairs are like climbing mountains where someone hits your legs with a hammer on every step.
