What's the best box for one ED 10.14k

I'm looking for a good subwoofer box for one Elemental Design 10.14K.

I checked the ED site and the box info for this product needs .5 cf sealed.

I think i like to go with the sealed box to save space in my trunk.

Is the q logic box any good? Are ther better boxes that are available?

Or should i go to a local stereo shop here in L.A. and let them build me one.

Any inputs will be gladly appreciated, thanks.

if you really dont want to build one yourself...id ask someone on here to build one for you and ship it to you. im pretty sure it would still be cheaper then going to a store and getting one. Plus, this way it will be very well made and built to any specifications you want.

Oh ok, so you know anybody who can do this for me?

Im looking at the boxes that thezeb.com are selling, these are the subzone

boxes and they have one 10" sealed box with .66 cf 3/4" mdf for $49.99.

Do you think someone here can make me one and will cost cheaper than that?

Im still thinking which size will i get though, the 10" or 12". Is there a lot of

difference if i go with the 12 instead of the 10s. Price wise there's only a $10

diff.

Go wit the 12, I think in the long run you will be happier and better off. I have run 10s before and there are nice, hitting real tight and accurate, but 12s get loud quick, at least from what I have seen.

well i think youll get yourself the sub (12) and then u put it in a small sealed box and then u wouldnt like it for long so youd want sumthin louder so id recomend you putting it in a 2 cube ported box tuned to 32hz, but i dont know if u could get a box from sumwhere on here for under 50 unless they live real close to you b/c shipping is usually a b**** on them boxes, but it all depends on how large it will be
