What's the best 400W amp?

I need a good amp for my JL Audio 10W3v3-4 between within the range of 100-300 dollars.

It must have atleast a 100db signal to noise ratio and I want the RMS to be 400W

single channel or two channel it doesn't matter.

What are your thoughts??!!!

can't beat that autotek SS-1500.1 just watch your gains. Plus gives you enough power to add 2 more subs.
