dude there is nothing that i can see, its annoying and you dont need to be a smartass about it. it sucks & i cant figure it out. I think its just the speakers moving in their enclosure but i cant stop them from moving i have rags holding them in place they still rattle

You put no thought into your thread. You asked "whats that rattle" what does that explain? Absolutly NOTHING. You asked a generic question, i gave a generic answer.

Mabye you blew them, mabye cones ripped, mabye somethings vibrating. Either way you are going to have to look.

they are infinity's the ones that are factory in most newer cars. and maybe mattj should go back 2 school and learn how to spell just mabye...oh yeah and the cones are ripped,they're not blown,and yes they are vibrating why else would i ask how to stop the rattle!

look to see if there is a penny in the speaker, if there is, then take it out

if there isnt, then put one in the speaker and listen to that. pull the penny out and be relieved that you dont have to listen to that noise on top of your rattle

Are you saying that your cones have holes in them??? and are you placing rags on top of the cones also?

By new shit that aint used or broken, and if there is a rip in the cone of course its gonna sound like shit.

NO cone is ripped... its just where the speaker sits, it isnt in firm and moves... i put some old cloth to maybe stop it from moving and rattleing but it didnt work.. i need to know what i could use to jam up there so it wont move... thanks

Use the proper screws and bolts to hold it down correctly.
