So I picked up a JL 10W3v1 today from a guy on craigslist and am curious what it's really worth. Its a D2 and both coils read 2.6. Can anyone tell me what it's worth?

Also, if I was going to build a box for it, what specs should I use to build it?

in mint condition id say about $50-75.

for a sealed box, about .7cuft should do and for a ported box about 1.25 tuned somewhere around 35hz will be good.

for power, there rated for 250rms and should take about 400 with no problems.

no problem, they make surround kits for thoes w3's. not a bad sub and they can get fairly loud in a ported set up.
