Without getting technical, BB upgrades normally increase the overall SQ of the amp. If your into SQ, it is worth it. I did the BB upgrade to my tru and noticed a bit more balanced sound, smoother treble.

Burr-brown is higher end parts (i'm going to say tighter specifications than other manufacturors, but that is more of a guess).
