its not very practical though. 4 subs with 3500+ rms each isnt going to play music very long before getting hot, etc.

24 subs with like 400w on each would play alot longer IMO

theres no way a 15 is going to play music with 3500+ w rms each, without getting hot after 2-3 songs.

i wouldn't use MT's for daily anway, strictly competition subs. What kind of stuff are you doing that you'll be running 14KW for and hour or more? Music is peaks and valleys anyway, you will only see 14kw for VERY brief periods, if at all, on music.

MT's don't have the cooling to be beat on for long period of time.

ive got an 18mt in the mini cooper with 2 kicker kx 1200.1's daily...

but my truck i just want rediculous loud just for a daily street beater, and i dont think less subs with gobs of power is the way to go.

im waiting on an email from a company that is looking for someone to compete, im going to see what he says

cheapest so far would be 24 12" Sundown SD-1's, but i dont know if i want to run those yet.

next option would be 24 12" kicker comp VRs, most likely could get those for around 75 each new, local. thats 1800 bux for 24, with like 350-400 w rms on each, sealed.
