Crossing waves?

If I have multiple subs 2 in single boxes- And the are facing each other.. while the back 2 faces out the back. will the sound like hit each other and cause a crappy noise. In which case i'll just change around the set up.

Nothing to worry about. You will get a small amount of cancellation any time that you have multiple subs, but not enough that you are going to hear it. Basically, the wavelengths involved in sub-bass are longer than the car so rather than getting a true wave from the sub the effect is more along the lines of simply pressurizing the entire cabin of the car. As long as the all the subs are moving together (wired in phase) they will all add to the pressure change.
