What would you rather have...

A PPI PCX-2350 that is 4 years old

or a new HiFonics BX1500D plus 100 dollars

I can't really decide which is better because i like my PPI amp, but my friend wants to buy it for 350, and i could get a new hifonics amp for 250... what do you guys think?

toss up really...the PPI is a great amp, but they are no longer is business....something the new HiFonics can offer...a warranty....

PPI is still in business they just sold themselves out to another company so they are no longer as good as they used to be.

yeah PPI is still in business and still makes amps... but the quality went downhill after they did sell. This amp is from before they sold out and therefore has the better quality. but once again... it is a 1999 model so it is 5 years old, and i have absolutly no idea how long these things last...
