right now i have a hifonics bxi1206d, i was thinking of getting another and strapping them together to power 2 l7's, or should i just go w/ 1 bxi2006D?

basically yes, up to 2 or 3 amps you can just split the signal / power/ etc.

you cant strap the bx1206...but you can add another

one amp > over two as far as install goes.. BUT two look better than one... In any event, whichever is cheaper is the way i would go

well...i already have one 1206, so getting one more of those is cheaper than buying a 2006...not sure what im gonna do yet.
