Please tell me whether or not your using the bridging module to run all four channels and the sub output channel. When I had mine, I only ran the two sets of rca's into the left and right channels and the sub output worked fine for me. I let go of this amp since the sub output just wasn't enough for me and now my buyer is saying that it's faulty since he can't figure out how to use the amp without the module. I explained to him b4 he bought it that I didn't use the MONO output and that it wasn't necessary as I had it working fine without it. All info would be appreciated.

That was not the way it was when I sent it to you. I had it working fine the day b4 I sent it out. You are saying that something is wiggling, but you tested it out when you first got it told me that it was fine......

Besides, you said yourself that you never even used the sub channel, so how can you say that it was working? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

Here's the text of the link I posted for those who can't see pdf's:

!WARNING!

Channel 5 of the Memphis Belle (model# 16-MCH1300) CANNOT be used as one-half of a pair of bridged MCD1000 amplifiers.

If a summed signal for the subwoofer input of the 16-MCH1300 is not available, we suggest using the 16-BRIDGE to sum a standard left & right stereo signal. Using a simple ‘Y’ adaptor is not an option. The phase of the subwoofer may be altered by (1) reversing the speaker output connections at the amplifier; or by (2) using either the left output of the bridging module for in-phase or the right output for 180 degrees out of phase.

1. The black wire of the bridging module is connected to the chassis ground. The Red wire must be connected to a source of switched 12 Volts.

2. Provide a standard left and right stereo signal to the bridging module inputs.

3. Connecting the L output of the bridging module to the RCA input of the subwoofer section of the 16-MCH1300 amplifier will provide a signal from the source unit that is in phase with the input signal.

4. Connecting the R output of the bridging module to the RCA input for the subwoofer section of the 16-MCH1300 amplifier will provide a signal from the source unit that is 180 degrees out-of-phase with the input signal.

5. Do not use an RCA ‘Y’ adaptor between the outputs of the 16-BRIDGE and the subwoofer input of the 16-MCH1300. Doing so will cancel the audio signal completely.

6. NOT USING THE 16-BRIDGE OR SOME OTHER SUMMING METHOD WILL LIMIT THE OUTPUT POWER OF CHANNEL FIVE DUE TO INSUFFICIENT AUDIO SIGNAL LINE VOLTAGE.

I told you how I had it wired up.........2 RCA pre-out's from my H/U both going directly to the RCA inputs on the Left/Right channels of the amp and the subwoofer output worked fine. You received this amp on about 13Mar07..........You have a full warranty on the amp, I am not to be held responsible for an item that worked when I sent it to you and over two weeks later you say it isn't.

"If I put the sub RCA in, the sub goes away. BUT, if I wiggle it around a bit, the subs start playing MUSIC apparently the RCA's are shorting out somewhere, and the leads inside the amp are swapping around."

Leave the mono RCA input alone, as you can't just hook up a Y-splitter to it and expect it to work.

So what more are you asking for? I'm sure when you bought the amplifier you knew it was not coming with a "Bridging Module" correct? So if you want the bridging module, buy one? I don't get what's going on.
