What would you do....?

I sent in a sub to Atomic Loudspeakers to recone about 2 months ago. They told me it would only take a few days. I've been calling them at least once a week for the past month and I keep getting jerked around saying..."Oh, we'll ship it today" or "It's ready to go tomorrow".

I'm getting fed up, they won't answer e-mails anymore and I got hung up on:furious: ...I'm seriously ready to call the cops over there and get something resolved. What would you guys do? Any similar experiences?

 
What the hell else can i do besides call the cops....i can't drive cross country for a sub. I wish companies like this could just be honest with customers and let them know what's goin on...i wouldn't be that pissed if they at least didn't bullshyt me

Just tell them to ship w/e they have out. be it finished product or what you gave them, tell them you will send mail bombs and anthrax everyother day until your product arrives safely at your house, i guarantee this works //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
