Here's a tip, don't do anything. He knows where you live, he can possibly have a gun or a knife or something and if you do anything stupid, you're liable to get hurt. If you really want to do something to him, get his plate number and call the local cops and say he did something... ran over an old lady, hit a cat, i dunno, make it up.

Pulling off the wheel weights that keep it in balance would be fun too... or clipping 1 or two wires in the wiring harness that goes too the trunk so he spends hours and time trying to get his taillight to work or the amp to turn on... Though I'd never touch someones ride unless they screwed with mine first...
