You guys know a paintball gun hurts right??? Most good guns shoot like 12 balls per second so give him 48 marble sized welts all over his body. That will bring him to the ground.

I would unload my sig 357 at his tires, chances are he's a little ***** and would run like a ho, but if he doesn't and comes at you shoot him in the leg, in Louisiana shooting some one in the leg is 'Aggrivated Assault with a weapon,' Which doesn't even have jail time just a $250 fine and he can try to sue you for doctor bills. I heard on the news one time about a kid killing one of his friends when he shot him with a marble with his paintball gun.
