I did that after a two year relationship...we realized it would never work long-distance, we were going to be seeing new people, so we just decided to make the best of it. That way, we remained friends, and didn't have to endure the pain of breaking up over the phone or IM. We could end our serious relationship face to face.

She's still a good friend of mine, we have no hard feelings about it.

yea (a), but seriously u should start talkin to other girls now, have those options ready and prepared when she leaves u kno, no point in being sad over a girl, too many of them to truly focus on one (unless u really want to aka love the girl), but yea make the most of it, stay friends and date other girls man, long distance dont work....
