You'd have to take home world championships. You'd have to place in the top tier of your class, in every competition, for multiple years. You'd have to be widely known and respected in the industry. It takes a lot of time, and a lot of skill.

actually not to burst your bubble, but it would never happen. Im friends with about 75% of the guys on Team RF and not a one of them is actually sponsored, they have to pay for every piece of there equipment. Not many companies are sponsoring anymore do the the economy and lack of interest from the public, like spectators.

i'm sure they get the stuff at cost, or at factory pricing though. plus if u were sponsored u'd always be on long road trips, which for a 16 year old ( i am) would not have time for. IMO

you should come down to the Jupiter 3x NOPI db drag in 2 weeks. There is gonna be 3 RF guys there, 2 competing, the other is the designer for the Team RF woofers. Come down and meet them, talk with them.

And sponsorships of any kind come to you, you don't go to them.

I have been in some way or another sponsored by 5 different companies since 2000. Let me tell you something, it is much easier just to pay for the equipment, then put up with them telling you when and where you have to be sometimes. What you can and cant do, what you can and cant say, ect. There is only 1 company that has sponsored me, that gives me equipment, and actually asks for nothing in return. But this is the company that I will do anything for. They are a great bunch of people!
