What would compliment rainbow slc's

i just bought rainbow slc's for my front doors and rainbow soundline 6x9's for my rear, along with an arc audio kar 400.4 amp to power them, and now feel as if i should add a sub with that, i was thinking of getting a 10" alpine type r, but dont really know what amp i should get along with it, also a friend of mine gave me an old sub and sony amp he had the amp is a 1000 watt sony xplod class d mono and and the sub i have no clue what it is either does he, you think you can identify this sub by these pics, and would you reccomend putting it in or do you think the rainbow 6x9 would produce enough bass that i prob wouldnt need a sub, im not looking to shake and rattle my trunk. but wanna have some bass on my back that i can feel when im sitting in my seat. I know these pics are kind of bland, but theres no writing on the sub.

don't expect interior speakers to make some bass you can feel...use them for full range and ge ta dedicated sub. what about an Arc sub?

how much watts would you suggest for an alpine type r 10" sub

get the type r .. and if you dont want that much bass .. jus about 500rms should fill your needs?..

where have you seen arc subs or assasin subs for sale at? and i just searched and found rainbow makes subs, any reviews on them, maybe a rainbow sub with an arc amp, and do you know if 6speed sells rainbow subs?
