ok i have a kicker 10" L7 dual 2ohm that i have down to a 1 ohm load and i have now broken 2 of my tensil leads i had one borken and me and my boy soldered it back up and now i pulled it out again kuz it wasnt hitting at it had another one borken so i solder it on up. my amp does 600 rms at 1 ohm which is the rms on the sub. so why do i keep breaking these? and it always seems to happen while playing late night tip. so i guess i wont play that song no more. but let me know

mine has good sq and it gets loud when i want it to get loud. but back to the original question at hand. so i soldered it back on and i put it in before i went to work and the darn thing doesnt work. is 1ohm to low for a 10? should i put it up to 4ohm?

so me and my friend pulled the sub out last night to carpet my box and we hooked it up free air to his jl 500/1 and notices that my spider was torn in 2 different spots. so i guess i am gonna have to get a new L7.
