You guys prolly get asked this a ton, but what would be louder? My subs facing inside the cabin or toward the rear of the car?

Ok... I thought that facing in would be better because the port blows into the cabin... but then I thought about facing back and the sound bouncing off the trunklid

definitely car dependent, but a popular trend varies with how the rear seats are setup.

USUALLY, if the rear seats are folded down, it will be louder if the subs are facing the cabin. if the seats are not folded down, its usually louder to fire into the trunk.

test it out and let us know how it comes out though.

in my sisters escort, best output was firing into the trunk lid, with seats up or down.

in my girlfriends jetta, best output with the seats up was backfiring, and for seats down it was forwardfiring

Well I have a 97 Grand Prix.. So only the center seat folds down... Im gonna try firing into the cabin first... If its adequate enough Ill fire towards the trunk.
