My friend got pulled over 3 times in the past month. One was 20 over in one town, second 21 over in another town, and third 20 over in the same town as the first. He went to court for the first one and got traffic school and a parking ticket. What you guys think will happen when he goes for the second...and then the third one........

The points will accumilate and he will lose his license. If he gets the same judge as the first time, he will be sorry.

ROFL...yeah, unless he knows someone in the court system that has some pull his license is the goners.

If you live in a small town and he gets the same judge, the judge will throw the book at him to make him learn a lesson.

depends on the state but i believe here if you get 3 within the same year you lose your license for a few months.

Which makes 12 points.

License is lost at 11 points.

yea but he went to court for the first one already and didn't get a speeding violation, just driving school and a parking ticket. I never looked at the point violation chart but the second time I got a speeding ticket, the judge said if speed again and he saw me again he'd take my liscense away for sure, and mine were 4 or 5 months apart.
