BUCK FAMA
Ok..First off, I have factory alt and a Sam's battery.
I am currently running a Kenwood X811d which puts out a confirmed 900 watts.. Also running an Orion 400.2 putting out 200 more watts... I get voltage drops to about 13V..
I am upgrading my sub amp to a Rockford 1500bd.. I currently have 2 strands of 4 gauge coming from my battery. 1 strand to each amp..
My question is, will 4 gauge be fine for the Rockford amp? All the specs I have read say "4 gauge terminals".. Nothing about needing 1/0 gauge...
I will do the big 3 at the same time I install this amp..
What all would you recommend I do as far as helping my electrical?
