If you're using screws you don't need any clamps to hold things in place. Just keep building and screwing the pieces tight together. You don't have to wait for the glue to dry this way.

It is pretty hard to keep things tight and square with no clamps...

yea im gona grab 2 clamps . would 2 corner clamps im not really uptoday about clamps. so what should i go with? its gona b a smaller box for 1 8inch sub.

To keep it all together and square while you glue, one corner clamp and two bar clamps would do the trick.
