What to tune 4 RE8s at?

Im looking for pretty good SQ but I still want them to be loud. They will each be in .5 cubes like RE reccomends. The question is, what should I tune them at? My freind says to tune them to around 25hz, but I haven't read much about anything under 30hz for general subs. What should I aim for tuning?

anywhere from 30-35. Any lower, and they wont be as loud as they should ( on normal songs) any higher, and the lows wont pick up very good
