Yes I should have mentioned that. The metal needs to be fairly flat to use wood. A couple places the metal bent too much for the wood to conform, but the gaps well small enough to be easily covered with mat. But if your doors are very uneven, sheet metal may be a better option. Or a combination of both metal and wood. I really like the wood because it stiffens the entire door up nicely.
