i got a mrd m1005 alpine amp..... wanted to know if i should run a alpine type x 12 ? or something else..... also what kind of wires, if i should run a capacitor, what kind of battery, what type of box? its going into 2003 blazer extreme

WHy 2 amps and 2 type R's? you could just get 2 Alpine Type R Dual 2 ohm and run them at 2ohms off that amp.. and someone on here can build you a box meant for those subs and amp., and i doubt youll need a capacitor just run 1/0 gauge wires for power and ground and like 10 gauge speaker wire youll be good. if your battery sucks i like Optima Yellow tops and and look into upgrading the Big 3.
