What to do???

Okay heres my situation. I dont want to spend too much money but I want to run at least an AudioQue 2200D. Here are the subs I have been looking at. Do you guys know which one will get louder in the right enclosure. And will any of them actually handle all of the 2200D's powa?

1 DC Level 4 with level 5 coils 18

1 DC level 4XL 10

1 FI BL 18

1 AudioQue HDC3 with Aluminum coils size 10 thru 18. So far the only ones I know of that will take the 2200 all day long

2 Sundown Sa-12s

the 18s will be much louder then a ten...1 18 vs 1 10.

I would go with a lvl4xl 18 if ya can swing it...

Well I was thinking about that but that is a little bit more money. How much power will it handle? I want to run the 1 2200D to start then add a second sub and bigger amp

yes, the lvl4xl will handle the 2200. Just dont send it a clipped signal...

They can all handle the 2200. I say HDC318.

Whats the maximum amount of power you would put on this thing? I have seen it do 8000+ free air and I know I'm still a noob but I think that just shows that this sub is a beast but the 18 is a little more than I wanted to spend. I talked to Jacob and the 2 12s will handle it and so will the AudioQue HDC3s I have heard alot that the Hdc3s can handle like 3000 rms

i would not recommend a lot more then 2500...but thats just me. I dont think id put 8k watts to it unless it was just burping. Go with DC, Rusty is a great guy man.

Me? The HDC318? I'd put atleast 2000 to it. 3000 if I had it.

they can handle a lot...i had one 18 on a Sundown 3500 and it was nothing to her.

Where do you live? You would more than likely have to ship and the bad part is I wont be able to buy till this summer but for that price I wish I had the money right now!!!!
