well, if you persist after your dreams, the worst you can get is frustration...

if you stay, the worst of the decision will be regret...

been there, on both sides of the coin... i tell you it's easier to deal with the first one...

Do you have family (wife, kids, etc)? Is it easy for you to "uproot" and move? The second is the better option I think.
