Pioneer 6.5" 2-Way Speakers, 180 Watts Max Power Handling^

these are going into the doors and dash in my truck, now should i hook these up to an amp? or just directly to my head unit, or how are they even hooked up? i dont really kno anything about speakers

and i am getting a Solo-Baric ROUND S12D 750watt 400 rms, it will be hooked to the whatever amp i get...would i be able to hook up the speakers to that amp also?

will hooking the speakers upto the amp make them louder?

please help im just now getting into steroe stuff

U don't need a amp for speakers, but if u want it cleaner and louder, get a 2channel amp and amp the 2 fronts. Run the rears off the hu, u don't need rear speakers.

U will need a seperate amp for ur sub. Get a mono amp that will do 6-800wrms at w/e ohm load u need.

U could get a 4 channel amp and run the fronts on 2 channels and bridge the subs on the other two.
