What to do with my amp?

I just was wondering what your suggestions would be for an amp I have. I have a rockford fosgate punch 500.2 that I was using in my old car and am going to be going with a new setup in my car now. I am planning on getting a whole new system in the near future, so I was just wanting to know what you guys think I could use the amp for. Thanks.

subs -depending on the subs of course. should work fine as it probably does 800ish watts mono

or a nice set of components.

Yeah see I am planning on getting some higher end subs so that's why I wasn't really going to use it for subs since I don't think it will be enough power. So you think it would be good for components then?

that amp is pretty good. i would amp them to a pair or single subwoofer. 500rms juice = plenty

I did have it hooked up to a kicker s12l7 but a tinsel lead on that sub broke and I haven't been able to find anyone to repair it. So basically it just is sitting in my garage and I am thinking about buying somethin along the lines of a jl w7, eclipse titanium, or something comparable. I think I may need something more than the fosgate but any input would be appreciated.

keep the fosgate, and run it to a SoundSplinter RL-p D2 from the group buy on TeamSSAudio.com forums, this sub has had nothing but excellent reviews so far

I was thinking more along the lines of using it for something else besides the main power source for subs.
