Try isolating a deep cycle from the rest of the electrical system and use some bigger cable than what you have got.

Anyways, it's more important that you tell us what you are running equipment wise, as well as how bad your voltage dips are.

start by cleaning up all of your connections. make sure there is no corrosion on the battery posts. if you have an old stock battery maybe consider changing it, it wouldnt be a bad idea anyway because car batteries dont give you much warning as to when they are going to die. then consider upgrading you power cables.
