what to choose?

If anyone can please provide any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it because I am a car audio noob. I have tried using the search button but the topics that come up confuse me because I don't understand the technical aspect of these pieces of equipment. I have saved up for a while and finally have enough to purchase a system. Now I was in debate of what headunit, sub, and amp that I should get. For the headunit it is between Pioneer DEH-P7800MP or the Pioneer DEH-P5900iB. The subs that I want to go with are VS12L7, or the HO110R-W6v2. The amp that I would use for the Kicker would be Kicker ZX750.1 and for the JL it would be the JL Audio 500-1.

I listen to all types of music but mostly house/techno and hip hop at seldom times. I love loudness but not to the extreme point where everything becomes distorted or baffled. Also can you please recommend a gauge kit that I should purchase for the equipment also. If anyone can also give suggestions on where to purchase the items for the best price I would be very thankful. I am also open to other suggestions that do not include this equipment. First, a few suggestions on how you might get more responses next time. Try to make your thread as clear and easy to read as possible (use paragraphs), and show that you've made an effort to use the search function before asking your questions. You could also choose a title that represents the topic of the thread more specifically. Lot's of people start threads about what to choose, but if you mention a brand or idea you are working with you might peak the interest of more like minded people.

The 7800 is a nice HU, but in the back you shouldn't feel obligated to match the brands for your sub and amp. There is nothing wrong with mixing. The w6v2 is a nice sub if you can get a deal on one, but if you're paying anywhere near retail your money would be better spent on something like an FI-Q. I think an FI Q12 and a JBL GTO1201.1II would sound really nice.

You can pick the thickness of wire based on the job it will have to do.
