Do things the right way first and you wont have to worry down the road about stupid shit like goin to the doc because your blood preasure is to high from all that salt.Um... KEEP EM COMING IF U CAN!!As I said earlier, a lot of people who live on their own get into the habit of eating junky food that's easy to make (or, even worse, fast food). Unfortunately, the preservatives (usually salt, sugar, and/or spices) can generally cause health problems if that's all you eat (such as diabetes) ...
Fresh fruit & vegetables are great sources of nutrition.
I'm not saying don't eat junky food, but you do have to balance it out. Junk food should be a treat, not your primary source of sustinance ...

Correct, Just as any other cuisine. Mexican cuisine is not as poor as most may think. It is just as detailed as as american/asain/french. Just different ingredients...All which include: rice, beans, tortillas, jalapenos, ground beef, chicken, etc...
That's what I'm trying to explain to you. There is a very large variety of Mexican cuisine. Maybe not at your local Roberto's taco shop. But if you venture in to Mexico say as far south as Mexico City. That is where the cultural cuisine is found.I'm not saying Mexican food is bad, I love it. I'm just saying that it doesn't have as much variety as other styles of cooking...
