costco has a lot of different stuff pre-made that isn't bad at all...they have take and bake pizza's, salads, mexican type stuff, rotisserie chicken, etc....
Too bad the pre-made stuff isn't as healthly as cooking the actual meal, but those pre-made meals are pretty dern expensive!

Samuel Jackson Light....mmm mmm bitch!

Get lots of fruit! Once you start eating it on a regular basis you will crave that instead of junk food. Ramen noodles are good for a quick fix, but watch the sodium content. Pizza's are easy to cook, not exactly the healthiest thing either. WATER, Milk, Orange Juice, another kind of juice but watch out for those high in sugar. Apple sauce is d@mn good and it comes in like 5 different flavors now lol. Ultra lean pockets. 7-Grain bread. You can do a lot of things with hamburger meat. Tuna. If you are going to buy lunch meat, buy it from the deli. Usually its cheaper and also healthier.

Whole wheat pasta.

Regular oatmeal.

Some kind of whole wheat or whole grain cracker, again watch the sodium content.

Some kind of muffins or bagels. I prefer whole grain because they fill you up faster, but blueberry and banana nut bread are also great!
