What the hell.... radio stuck on tel mute?

Just put an Eonon flip out in a car and the **** thing is stuck on "tel mute" and cant figure it out. Wont make any sound. Mute wire is not hooked up, taped to prevent any contact. What the hell is the problem?

Figured it out, the mute wire is blue with a white stripe, which i assumed was the remote wire. The ant wire and the rem wire are bridged in the harness and that caused the problem.
