x2... They can only get better jobs when they can speak it, so the ones who DON'T learn english are just killing themselves.

I think on average Bi-Lingual workers make much more an hour than people that can speak only one language.

CEO's don't make the world go around, they are some of the worst paid under the table sucm of society that I can think of... Next to lawyers and poloticians.

Well i do agree with that, and that was uncalled for, the comment i made. I jus thate it when people answer with "where is the law that says we have to learn English". It shouldnt be forced, people should want to do it since you are in our culture now.
