What the hell- FI audio

ordered a 18" SSD with flatwind coils on sunday. On tuesday morning i got a notification and tracking number for it. It still says billing information received on the ups website so i called them and they said it has not shipped. I sent FI an email several hours ago and havent got a response.

Does anyone know FI's phone number? It's not on hte website.

I think it takes like 2 days build time after you get email notification. After that it will say resechuled delivery with the right date

They can print / setup shipping information but not have it shipped for a day or two.

Be patient. FI is one hell of a busy company

My goodness have some patience...things happen beyond your control...they could have easily gave it to UPS and they did something wrong. Or there is a problem with the tracking system, which happened to me a couple times...

You said it yourself "Billing information received"

This means the tracking number/shipment has been created, not shipped.
