ok... well it has been quite some time since i have been on here. i have been away at college and i have had little time to fiddle with my stuff... but now i am selling my car and have got a truck. so this means its time to do everything all over again.

ok too the PROBLEM:

i removed my sub amp and my subs. now i have an amp for my componets (mids only, running highs off of cd player). ok well i was totally finished and before i started reinstalling the interior again i was going to listen to my spks. well this is the problem. only one side of the car works (right side) and the left doesnt work. but when i just have the car to accessory power nothing comes out of the left side. but when i have the car on ON or start it there is am humming coming out of the left side, but the right works fine. does anyone know what might cause this prob????????????? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

check your rca connections, and then try switching your sub/mid rcas and see if you have the same problem. i have had rcas just crap out for no particular reason. if you are using speaker level inputs with stock wiring, check all your connections really well. sounds like maybe an rca is loose on the back of the cd player or somethin.

i nregret to inform that i have checked the rca's 2 times already. the first time i tried turing on my cd player all i had was the tweets on(run via head unit). but i found my remote wire off... and i am still there as we speak. have got no futher yet... just got back home.... prolly wont mess with it till tomorrow b/c i have the day off... well yall if ya think of anything holla!!!

Disconnect your amp and hook the speakers up to your CD player and see what happens. If it's the same problem, it's either a problem with the speaker itself or your wiring, if it works, then the problem lies in your amp/amp wiring.

ok... i went to the car and started looking for the problem... i tried to turn the car on to listed to see if it was still doing it... no juice... my battery had ran down due to sitting with trunk lid propped for 1 day... so i threw the charger on... waited for 120 min then started car and went to check the prob.......well everything worked?!?!?!?!?!? i dont mind that it fixed itself or something it just kinda weird... well thanks for the help everyone
