Is it just a regular old speaker? It doesn't look like the cone comes into contact of what should be the spiders there. I don't know, its hard to tell from the single pic. Search on google yielded nothing either.

I believe the 'cone' you are seeing is actually a sound wave dispersion piece, not the radiating surface.

If I remember right...The speaker is inside the bottom and the cone shape on the top is just to disperse the sound 360 degrees. I think
