99.9% of square holes are cut with jigsaws lol

You could cut one guide out of a jigsaw and then use a router with a flushbit, but still have to cut the template with the jig

I use a circular saw for the straight parts and jigsaw for the corners. These are always double baffles, so the jigsaw is too slow to do it all...

you need a good jigsaw and it'll eat up double baffles

I have a Bosch, with a new blade on it cuts the wood like butter
